The common cold
Back in my schooldays, there were 123 different types of rhinovirus. You can only catch each one once during your lifetime as your body develops an immunity to it, but that still leaves the potential for two colds a year.
Oh well, I suppose that's another one off I can tick off my list.

It's a cold all right. I don't have any allergies, which is scant consolation when you're reaching for the tissues all the time.

I have, but you should have heard my mother's cough while she was visiting! Different cold, very dry and rather nastier than mine - she obligingly passed it to my brother. He wasn't grateful.
